My mom and the kids came over at about 3. I am so exhausted! Ben and I both laid down with Luke and fell asleep. It was wonderful but not long enough! It took me a good half hour to fully wake up. I can't wait to sleep in my own bed tonight.

My mom made a wonderful Christmas dinner - a hearty stew. We also had salad, and oatmeal rolls. For dessert we had more caramel apple cheesecake, a tray of my Christmas cookies, and a white chocolate eclair. Mmmm, so good!!

Then we opened gifts. We each spend about $10 on each other. So nothing major, but still fun. I got a mini bonsai tree set and a couple of candles. Luke got a Spongebob fitted sheet and a fleece throw for his new big boy bed.

We ate, opened gifts, chatted, played games...I'm really tired and ready for bed now!!!
